Fres-no

black bean brownies

it took a year.
but its perfect now.

Black Bean Brownies
can of black beans, rinsed
2 eggs
3 tbl coconut oil
1/2 c honey
1/3 c cocoa powder
tsp vanilla
optional, dark choc chips, nuts

puree beans well, add ingredients as listed above.
melt tbl coc oil in small (6X8) baking pan.
bake at 350 for 30 or until brownies have pulled away from sides.

i feel great.
suprisingly light.
